What makes HELLO better than Zoom or Skype?

HELLO does not require any account creation, usernames, passwords, or downloads. Patients can use it instantly, and their loved ones on the "other end" do not need to worry about downloading software or creating accounts either. HELLO meets HIPAA requirements, does not require extensive IT involvement or maintenance, and does not require care teams to spend extra time helping patients use the solution. HELLO is custom branded to your hospital with your logo, colors, and imagery, and the solution can be deployed in as little as 24 hours so your patients an say HELLO right away.

How can a patient start a visit with their own cell phone?

A patient can scan a QR code (availalbe from their TV or via a hospital printout) or visit your hospital's unique website to start a visit. They do not have to download anything or create any accounts/logins.

How do patients sign up for an account?

Patients do not need to sign up for any accounts or remember any logins or passwords. HELLO is available via a shortcut, link, or QR code for patients to access from any device with a modern web browser.

How long does implementation take?

HELLO does not require traditional "implementation" and can be deployed in 24 hours, completely remotely. Patients can use their own devices or loaned hospital devices to connect. We can provide a hardware quote if you would like to purchase tablets for use with HELLO.

What is the HELLO early adopter program?

The HELLO early adopter program allows a limited number of hospitals and healthcare systems to be the first group to use HELLO with their patients at an introductory rate. The hsopitals/health systems selected for the early adopter program will be valued partners with eVideon as we work to fine tune the product and prioritize upcoming features and releases. We want to collect feedback from real end users and clinicians to make HELLO the best it can be. As such, early adopters will have the opportunity to provide product enhancement suggestions and will have a direct impact on the product as we prepare for widespread release.
