We are excited to welcome Yazar Myint to Vibe Health as a Support Engineer on our Partner Success team! Most recently, Yazar was a Help Desk Analyst at Lutheran Health Network, and as a Systems Technician Intern at Fort Wayne Metals, both of which are in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Information Technology at Purdue Fort Wayne, expected to graduate in the Fall of 2023, and has been a member of the Indiana National Guard since 2019.

We sat down with Yazar to learn more about his background and hobbies, and, in true eVideon fashion… whether he favors coffee or tea!

Q. Tell us a little about yourself

I was born in Sangkhla Buri, Thailand but my family is from Myanmar. We moved to the United States when I was just over a year old and I have been living in Fort Wayne, Indiana ever since.

Q. What made you decide you wanted a career in the healthcare industry?

The healthcare industry is rapidly developing in many different aspects and technology plays a major role in this. Being able to see and be part of that firsthand is something that I enjoy and take pride in.

Q. What excites you about joining the eVideon team?

I believe in eVideon’s product and its contribution to the overall patient experience. Another thing that excites me is learning new technologies and products and leveraging that to help others.

Q. What can you be found doing when you’re not in the office?

Outside of work you can find me strength training, riding my bike around the trails here, or catching up on my favorite movies or tv series.

Q. When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up? How has that changed or stayed the same?

When I was younger, I wanted to become a professional chef. I spent a little too much time watching Food Network and as I grew older, I realized the lifestyle of a professional chef wasn’t all glitz and glamour. Cooking and experiencing new foods are things that can also be enjoyed as a passion without making it a career, so I chose a different path.

Q. What’s your favorite food?

If I had to pick a single favorite food, it would be noodles. I love trying different noodle dishes from around the world such as ramen, pad Thai, Italian pastas, etc. Noodles are very versatile in form and can be used in many different recipes, so I never get tired of them.

Q. Where is the one place you’d like to visit?

I have a fascination with ancient civilizations, so if I had to pick a place to visit, I would pick Egypt. Seeing the different historical landmarks up close in person is something I hope to do one day.

Q. Are you a coffee or tea drinker? Do you have a favorite place to enjoy a cup?

I have never been an avid coffee or tea drinker. Coffee and tea only seem to be enjoyable to me if they have copious amounts of sugar and other sweeteners in them so I refrain from both.
