Opportunity:

Vibe Health by eVideon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to increase company revenue within the western region of the United States. As a key individual producer on our commercial team, the RSM will play a vital role in our continued growth as market leader of Interactive Patient Solutions for hospitals and health systems. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the eVideon solution and care experience value proposition, displays an excellent understanding of the rapidly transforming US healthcare market and is fully conversant in technology so that he or she can readily access and confidently persuade senior hospital leaders including the CEO, CFO, CIO, CNO and CXO level.

The RSM will reside within the western region and report directly to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

The RSM will have overall responsibility for strategic planning and tactical sales activities resulting in the profitable sale of eVideon solutions to hospitals and health systems within a regional territory.

As the primary contact for all potential clients in the region, he or she will be a critical brand ambassador for the organization and must be an individual of the highest integrity with outstanding communication skills. 

  • Identify, engage and close new business opportunities across the region, actively managing the entire sales process from identification through contract signature.
  • Autonomously deliver high-impact solution demonstrations and sales presentations whether live on site or remotely via webinars to a broad range of stakeholders from front-line caregivers and technology managers to C-Suite leadership. 
  • Lead the consistent and proactive management of a regional pipeline through your own efforts while coordinating those of the broader eVideon team as needed.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline deals in both size and timing, and participate in recurring pipeline reviews.
  • Consistently update company CRM and provide reports as needed to ensure a timely and accurate view of the pipeline and all pursuit activities. 
  • Collaborate in skill building with others on the team to develop demo and pitch competencies.
  • Collaborate with eVideon business partners, leveraging senior leadership in appropriate sales and conference engagements to grow company reach and accelerate success.
  • Represent both the voice of the customer to eVideon and the voice of eVideon to the customer to achieve company goals and navigate client complexity with utmost professionalism.

Key Performance Indicators 

  1. Annual recurring revenue (sales) contracted
  2. Identification of and participation in relevant RFPs in the region
  3. Number and staged value of opportunities hunted and tracked via the CRM
Qualifications:
  • Education: A minimum of a four year college degree. 
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of documented success direct selling healthcare solutions to hospital C-Suite or participating in team selling as a subject matter expert (sales engineering, clinical architecture, etc.). 
  • Well-versed in healthcare Value Based Purchasing, Patient Engagement and the strategic forces transforming US healthcare today. Strong ability to communicate eVideon’s value proposition in the context of these issues. 
  • Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation and closing skills. Skilled delivery of engaging, compelling presentations, in both small and large group settings.
  • Competent in the standard health IT solutions used by hospitals today.
  • Proven skill in successfully initiating and growing executive relationships.
  • Self-directed and accountable sales hunter experienced in initiating deals. Highly organized and able to autonomously handle complex engagements through a long sales cycle.
  • Tenacious “can-do” attitude, diligent sales hunter with a passion to win with integrity and humility.
  • A trustworthy internal partner who seeks to extend trust and share credit with others.
  • Must be able to travel a minimum of 50% of the time to pursue sales in person.
  • Adept with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel. Experienced with CRM tools. 
  • Experience with and working knowledge of SalesForce.com CRM for customer lead and opportunity management. 
  • Demonstrate excellence in business writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse communicating with senior leadership teams.
  • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, resourceful, and highly productive.
