The project manager is a key member of eVideon’s team that manages the implementation of eVideon’s software/hardware solution at hospitals across the country. You will work with internal and external stakeholders as the information and planning hub for complex, enterprise, mission-critical healthcare deployments and upgrades. Ideal candidates have the ability to gain the respect and influence of multiple groups and communicate effectively to deliver and exceed client expectations.

  • Interact and communicate effectively internally across product, implementation, marketing and sales teams as well as external groups such as clients, integrators, subcontractors and resellers.
  • Serve as the project manager on all development, content and configuration requests for the hospital; oversee and ensure prompt resolution of operational issues/complaints. Execute and manage the action plan for implementing features and functionality to achieve strategic outcome objectives.
  • Participate in RFI and Scope of Work (SOW) proposals and PM duties
  • Manage deployment, implementation and expansion processes, ensuring appropriate implementation SOW’s completed through cross-functional departments
  • Perform site surveys and walkthroughs
  • Manage the procurement of hardware for implementations
  • Coordinate deployment and implementation schedule
  • Responsible for scheduling, setting the agenda, and ensuring appropriate attendance and responsible for collating information from various teams
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure that customers requirements are understood and addressed in the implementation
  • Manage all third-party relationships for installation and testing of hardware and software
  • Exhibit strong customer service and project management skills
  • Previous IT project management experience such as network deployments (wired and wireless) and enterprise software implementations
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget
  • Ability to gain respect and influence diverse hospital audience including senior leadership, nursing staff, technical employees, etc.
  • Dynamic communicator, able to motivate and influence others through fact-based client and product understanding, combined with a genuine passion for the product.
  • A desire to make a meaningful impact on hospital outcomes and patient’s lives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solver and the ability to “think on your feet”
  • Preference given to individuals with Certified Project Manager (PMP) and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) designations
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
