Opportunity:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful product marketing strategies for eVideon’s suite of products and services, with the goal of increasing awareness and adoption. You will craft messaging and product positioning for solution-based products and services. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that clearly articulate the value proposition and drive demand, managing product launches and after-market activities. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the proven ability to communicate and translate technical capabilities into a compelling story for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for learning the product’s strategy, buyer and user personas, and developing value propositions, positioning, and messaging that the company will use to introduce and sell our products to the market.
  • Research, map, measure and optimize the buyer and user journey as it relates to product procurement, adoption and usage. Provide market insights that support the product strategy and development roadmap.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, sales proposals, presentations and supporting materials, including product and service descriptions, website copy, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, customer success stories, elevator pitches, presentation decks, competitive advantages/differentiation and return-on-investment justifications. Provide our regional representatives with training and support to ensure a consistent sales message across the organization.
  • Develop tailored value propositions, positioning, and messaging to various customer segments and user personas
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition to the sales team and develop sales collateral that supports the selling process
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing to determine the key benefits, value proposition and differentiators
  • Go to Market Owner – plan the launch of new products and updates, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Be the “Voice of the Customer” and lead our User Research Program
  • Manage our public relations firm and serve as a spokesperson and lead point person on media interactions for the company
  • Work cross-functionally with different departments within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience for a healthcare technology company
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar field
  • Strong background in messaging complex products, impeccable writing skills and a knack for establishing competitive differentiation
  • Proven experience in leading all aspects of a product launch including setting the goals, creating all of the required content, building campaigns, and training and supporting the team.
  • Deeply understand the U.S. healthcare industry landscape, including key trends and industry shifts.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a drive to take on new challenges
