Opportunity:

Plans and coordinates activities to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame, budget and billing parameters. Activities include but are not limited to client implementations, product enhancement, support, and releases. Analyzes and evaluates application systems design; ensures related system control procedures are designed, developed, implemented, and maintained; assists with the development of information security polices, controls, and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifies project scope; coordinates with management or others to identify goals, time frame, and allotment of resources.
  • Develops and manages project plans including but not limited to goals, strategy, requirements, possible risks, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Dialogs with team members, internal and external customers, and client representatives to review timelines, resource requirements, application requirements, and tasks; meets face-to-face with clients as needed.
  • Provides reports on project status and additional documentation on projects and action items as needed.
  • Identifies, reports, and plans resolution of all project risks and issues.
  • Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow. 
  • Manages project transitions between functional groups and project phases.
  • Designs, develops, evaluates, and integrates computer systems and networks to maintain system security within customer environments.
  • Assists with defining, promoting, and administering information security policies and practices.
  • Understand the company’s technology direction and continually evolves security and other related policies and practices applicable to technology changes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in related field
  • Three years’ experience in a project management or equivalent in healthcare technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superior team building skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Experience working directly with client resources, either internally or externally
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective, creative solutions.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

  • Experience and understanding of information security technologies and products and their  practical applications is preferred.
