As a general leader within the company, ensure that the entire organization understands the product roadmap for eVideon in context of overall product strategy, how that roadmap reflects our understanding of the current and future market demands, and how other company stakeholders can influence the roadmap and development pipeline priorities. As product owner, you are capable for taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution of the roadmap. Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and decision making ability.

You will work closely with our executive, software development, customer success and sales teams to lead eVideon’s product suite development efforts by establishing a deep understanding of customer needs through market research, customer interactions, user feedback, competitive analysis and cross-functional team efforts to create user stories and product specifications.


Product Leadership

  • In partnership with sales & marketing, participate in and utilize information obtained through voice-of-the-customer or customer listening sessions to design, develop and deliver products that are focused on solving market problems
  • Clearly and effectively communicate product strategy, functionality, and requirements to engineering, sales and marketing teams
  • Evaluate and prioritize new product ideas through market research with existing customers and non-customers
  • Define and prioritize product features with clear requirements, design specifications, and engineering guidelines
  • Identify what is 'important' and what is not, prioritizing development requirements effectively in line with the overall business plan and market problems that need to be addressed
  • Product strategy, roadmaps, annual product plans, business cases, and monthly product reviews, launch plans, white papers, product presentations, market messaging, event support, competitive write-up and user personas
  • Serve as internal and external evangelist; which includes demos and presentations.

Product Build and Maintenance

  • Manage the entire product life cycle strategy with clear goals, initiatives, and roadmaps
  • Prioritize, size, and plan product releases with key functional delivery and milestones.
  • Drive product release plans with detailed schedules, phases, milestones, and launch dates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, other product and UI design teams to drive solution definition
  • Collaborate with internal and external developers, designers, UI/UX leads, and QA analysts to bring these ideas to life through iterative design and development cycles to meet business goals
  • You will perform backlog management for smooth transition between sprints and prioritized features between sprints
  • Prioritize challenges, problems and opportunities based on business rationale to drive product priorities
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product team members to ensure the product and platform architecture is aligned with the solution roadmap
  • Integrate usability studies, customer feedback, research and market analysis into feature specs and user stories to enhance user satisfaction
  • Collect and translate market requirements into product requirements in the form of problems, user personas, and scenarios

People Management

  • Ensure team is demonstrating our company values while overseeing unit leadership, strategy and headcount.
  • Guide the development and engineering teams in the product development process to ensure quality and on-time delivery
  • Recruiting team members and retaining talent for the product organization
  • A minimum of 3 years of software product management experience, passion and ability to take on product ownership role
  • Demonstrable expertise in documenting product requirements, business cases, schedules and roadmaps
  • A detail-oriented self-starter with strong ability to prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a timely manner, using strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and coordinate work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.


  • Prior experience working for a healthcare provider organization
  • Advanced knowledge of EHR systems and related technology, and a deep understanding of the needs of customers in the healthcare space.
  • MHA or MPH certified
