eVideon is in search of a self-directed and experienced Corporate Controller to drive financial, accounting and human resource operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting. Key areas within the human resources department will also be managed by the Controller, including policy and procedure compliance and ongoing maintenance of HR practices.   • Complete the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statement close process.
  • Revenue operations function including customer billing, credit, collections, statements, accounts receivable reporting, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the Company's financial statements through the preparation of the monthly financial statements on QuickBooks as well as the month end reconciliation process for all accounts.
  • Prepare and manage monthly financial reporting including cash flows, KPI, and historical trend analytics. This will include the management and preparation of ad hoc reporting requested by leadership, board of directors, and other departments within the organization.
  • Work closely with our project management office to align client billing according to project requirements (milestone, percentage of completion, etc). Review client purchase orders for accuracy and completeness based on established process.
  • Design and build financial systems and processes: quoting, billing, AP/AR, and reporting dashboards.
  • Actively drive efficiency through automation and streamlining accounting processes especially for quote-to-cash, provide solutions and fill in the gaps.
  • Manage the Company’s travel and expense reimbursement functions; including oversight of corporate card program
  • Manage the preparation of payroll for personnel through the company’s PEO firm.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Fluent in the systems and accounting considerations required to recognize both SaaS and hardware inventory revenue and ensure proper revenue recognition of complex multi-element software contacts.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and interpret commercial and vendor contracts.
  • Must be able to develop successful relationships and partner with Vendors, Operational Management, and Executives.
  • Experience implementing accounting and financial systems 
  • Ability to solve problems and think creatively about process improvements
  • Ability to work with internal business partners and external clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently or in a group, functioning in a multi-task and fast-paced environment.
